Job Description
- Oversees the daily activities of assigned functional area; prioritizing; completing multiple activities; resolves problems as they arise.
- Managing the company's fleet of rental vehicles, including inventory control, maintenance scheduling, and ensuring vehicles are clean and in good working condition.
- Actively tracks productivity to ensure output is at required levels and Service Level Agreements are met.
- Overseeing the reservation process and ensuring that customer bookings are accurately recorded, vehicles are assigned appropriately, and availability is maintained.
- Ensuring excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively. Resolving issues related to reservations, vehicle conditions, and billing discrepancies.
- Leads and guides stakeholders: Vendors, motivates, trains and coaches’ colleagues, vendors and customers.
- Proactively identifies and recommends new/proposed policies and procedures as they relate to operations issues/opportunities; assists in the implementation of new processes and procedures.
- Applies in-depth knowledge of systems, functions and procedures to identify and resolve quality issues to ensure overall operational task.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of policies and procedures.
- Provides exceptional customer service and serves as a resource to internal and external customers.
- Give extra attention and time in need for the inter-branch operation.
- Sound knowledge of work efficiency with 24hr keen email, call correspondence spirit.
- Sound knowledge of offline marketing and client communication.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- More than 2 years’ experience into related field.
- Previous work experience as a vendor officer or in the logistics department
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Good research skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Having an eye for detail
- Quick decision making and problem-solving skill
- Ability to offer improved customer service
- Must have own motorcycle and license
