Senior Config Analyst

Job Description

• Configure, maintain and support CRM systems, as well as enterprise systems such as Sales Force, AWD, and SharePoint.
• Develop Word templates, Adobe Acro Pdfs, and Excel spreadsheets to support business requirements.
• Work with business users to gather and document requirements for system changes, enhancements, and modifications.
• Develop and execute test plans and scripts to ensure system changes meet business requirements and function properly.
• Create and maintain system documentation, including system configuration, processes, and procedures.
• Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and develop and implement solutions.
• Participate in system upgrades and enhancements, including planning, testing, and implementation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system integration and data integrity.
• Provide technical expertise to support business initiatives and projects.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation. 

Job Specification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in configuring and maintaining CRM systems and enterprise systems such as Sales Force, AWD, and SharePoint.
• Expert level knowledge in Word templates, Adobe Acro Pdfs, and Excel, with the ability to read and interpret existing Excel formulas and re-write new ones.
• Strong understanding of SQL and ability to read, write and execute SQL queries. 
• Experience in system testing and documentation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Experience working remotely and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
