Senior Sales Officer

Job Description

• Handle all the administration and enquiries involved with the car rental / leasing projectsIn charge of the overall operations of Car Rental department inclusive of car rental fleet, reservations and potential customers
• Support CSR team and provide technical & non-technical direction as well as Supervising and guiding the CSR work.
• Attend to customer enquiries on the availability of car, rental pricing and car leasing projects
• Ability to analyses monthly financial statements of CS department and provide strategies for improvement and profit maximization.
• Involved in taking bookings, providing quotations and explaining the terms of rental or leasing agreements
• Complete all paper works with the customers and ensure collection of payment
• Capable of identifying bumps, scratches or special features on the rental car to customer when handing over the rental car
• Check mileage and inspect for damage when the rental cars are returned
• Demonstrate outstanding ongoing service and sales support to our regular business leasing accounts
• Prepare and submit all necessary reports and documents as requested by supervisor or Management
• Track and ensure the servicing of all rental car are timely
• To be involved, support and provide assistance in all company’s event and functions
• Supervising and guiding the as well as providing incentives to motivate staff to achieve sales targets.
• Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers.
• Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
• Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions.

Job Specification

• Master degree in Business Management, Business Administration or equivalent
• More than 3-4 years’ experience into related field.
• Previous work experience in sales
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Good research skills
• Ability to multitask
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Having an eye for detail
• Quick decision making and problem-solving skill
• Ability to offer improved customer service
• Must have own motorcycle and license
